Concepts in Concrete, has been in business since 1979. Rick Gardella, President of Concepts In Concrete Const., Inc., started as a Union Laborer and a member of Cement Masons Union Local #744. Concepts In Concrete founded by Rick Gardella, who, when awarded his license was the youngest Concrete Contractor licensed by the State of California. At that time Concepts In Concrete began servicing all of San Diego County.
